摘要: 石油化工变风量中心化验室空调方案设计较为特殊(高风险性)且难度较大。文章分析了变风量中心化验室的适宜空调方案,并给出了设计方案的简化方法;重点分析和对比了几种主要空调方案的室内环境自控方案、控制效果、运行能耗等;提出了优化后的“集中+分散控制”、“恒值+随动控制”两种自控方式;以及优化后的补风、空调分设的空调方案,即双风道集中补风空调方案。可供同类空调方案设计者参考

Abstract: The air conditioning scheme design of VAV system in petrochemical central laboratory is special (highly risky) and difficult. In this paper, the suitable VAV air conditioning schemes for central lab are analyzed, and the methods for simplifying VAV air conditioning scheme are also given. After that, the indoor environment automatic control scheme, control effect and energy consumption of several kinds of main air conditioning schemes are emphatically analyzed. At last, the optimized two automatic control ways, i.e., centralized and decentralized control and constant value and servo control, are put forward, and an optimized air conditioning scheme with independent air supply and air conditioning system, namely the centralized air supply and air conditioning scheme with double ducts, are proposed, which can be used for reference by designers of similar air conditioning schemes.
